In May 2021, the second press brake was launched in Nova Trading Service Center. The new device is used to bend smaller and thinner details in comparison to an already operating press brake.
Technical capabilities of the new press brake:
• Bending of stainless steel sheets - thickness from 0.4 to 3.0 mm *
• Bending aluminum sheets - thickness from 1.0 to 4.0 mm *
• Working length 2000 mm
• Pressing force - 80 tons
• 5-axis CNC positioning
• Laser bend angle measurement
• Table camber compensation CNC crowing
• High quality machine tooling for stainless steel / aluminum sheets
* the available depth thickness depends on overall workpiece dimensions
After taking into account the technical capabilities of both currently operating press brakes, our company is able to bend stainless steel and aluminum elements in the following ranges:
• Bending of stainless steel sheets with a thickness of 0.4 to 8.0 mm *
• Bending aluminum sheets with a thickness of 1.0 to 8.0 mm *
• Working length 3050 mm
